Linking Vocational Training with the Enterprises - Asian Perspectives

Abstract

Der vorliegende Konferenzband spiegelt die Beiträge eines Workshops wider, der im Jahr 2007 von der Vietnamesischen Generaldirektion für Berufsbildung mit dem Ziel ausgerichtet wurde, eine engere Verknüpfung zwischen den Anbietern von Berufsbildung und Betrieben in den verschiedenen Sektoren der Vietnamesischen Wirtschaft herzustellen. "One of the leading ideas was to scrutinize the own experiences again and to examine the experiences of neighbouring and of such countries which have some cultural features in common with Vietnam: Thailand, the Peoples' Republic of China and the Republic of Korea. In addition, experts from a country, well-reputed for linking company-based and school-based TVET, namely Germany, were invited, which enabled the participants of the workshop to take part in a captivating dialogue between different cultures about the approaches and the solutions found in Asian and European circumstances."
