| dc.description.abstract | "Der vorliegende Artikel analysiert die konkurrierenden Diskurse, die in Deutschland seit der Entscheidung für ein neues Pflegeberufegesetz (PflBG) eine zentrale Rolle spielen. Vier Diskursvarianten können dabei identifiziert werden: "Generalistik ohne Bodenhaftung'; ''Altenpflege als Opfer': "Wir brauchen Hilfe" und "Pflege mit Kopf und Hand': Diese Diskurse können plausibel in einem "mentalen Feld" platziert werden, das die Spannungen zwischen verschiedenen Interessen im Sektor der Pflege verständlich macht." Four discourse variants can be identified: 'Generalistic without grip on reaiitv'; 'Care for the elderly as victim: 'We need help' and 'Care with head and hand'.
