Europäischer und Deutscher Qualifikationsrahmen

Abstract

"Die Entwicklung des Europäischen Qualifikationsrahmens und die damit verbundene Empfehlung an die Mitgliedsstaaten, nationale Qualifikationsrahmen zu entwickeln, verbessert die Voraussetzungen, Durchlässigkeit und Gleichwertigkeit zwischen allgemeiner, hochschulischer und beruflicher Bildung zu befördern. Gleichwohl ist zu beachten, dass die Europäisierung der Berufsbildung im Kontext der Lissabon-Strategie steht, die einer Deregulierung im Bereich von Bildung Vorschub leisten könnte. Notwendig ist eine kritische Reflexion der Terminologie und Architektur des Europäischen Qualifikationsrahmens. However, the deregulation of education could be put forward because of VET Europeanisation, part of the so called Lisbon strategy.
