Höherqualifizierende Berufsbildung im Kontext sozial-ökologischer Transformation : eine Bestandsaufnahme der Qualifizierungsmöglichkeiten für Ausbilder*innen zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit

Abstract

„Nachhaltigkeit spielt beim Qualifizierungsbedarf betrieblicher Ausbilder*innen eine zunehmend bedeutsame Rolle. Der vorliegende Beitrag beantwortet die Frage, welche Qualifizierungsmöglichkeiten für Ausbilder*innen in der Finanzdienstleistungs- und IT-Branche mit Fokus auf für die sozial-ökologische Transformation relevante Kompetenzen bestehen. Dazu wurden in einem multimethodischen Ansatz sowohl 22 Interviews als auch 17 Fortbildungsverordnungen qualitativ ausgewertet. Die Ergebnisse geben Auskunft über die betriebliche Praxis der höherqualifizierenden Berufsbildung im Kontext von Nachhaltigkeit und machen u. a. deutlich, dass es an thematisch einschlägigen beruflichen Aufstiegsfortbildungen für Ausbilder*innen fehlt. Der Beitrag gibt darüber hinaus praktische und bildungspolitische Handlungsempfehlungen und zeigt Forschungsdesiderate auf.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)„The concept of sustainability is becoming increasingly important in the context of the qualifications required of corporate educators. This article addresses the question of the training opportunities available to company training staff in the financial services and IT sector, with a particular focus on the competencies relevant to the socio-ecological transformation. To address this question, 22 interviews and 17 training regulations were analyzed qualitatively using a multi-method approach. The results of this study provide insight into the current state of continuing education in the context of sustainability. The findings indicate a notable absence of professionally oriented training programs for trainers.
