Ausbildungsdrittelübergreifende Simulationen in der generalistischen Pflegeausbildung : kollegiale Beratung als ein Praxisbeispiel

Abstract

„Die Mehrzahl an Simulationsszenarien für die generalistische Pflegeausbildung setzt ein Skills Lab sowie (digitale) Simulatoren voraus und ist für ein spezifisches Ausbildungsdrittel konzipiert. Wir haben ein Szenario entwickelt und implementiert, das ohne Skills Lab und Simulatoren während der gesamten Ausbildung eingesetzt werden kann. Parallel zur Implementierung haben wir eine Begleitstudie zur Einstellung der Auszubildenden durchgeführt, deren Ergebnisse wir hier vorstellen und diskutieren.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)„The majority of simulation scenarios for generalist nursing training require a skills lab and (digital) simulators and are designed for a specific third of the training programme. We have developed and implemented a scenario that can be used throughout the entire training programme without a skills lab and simulators.
