Kritische Reflexionen zur Genese und aktuellen Verankerung der Nachhaltigkeit in den Mindeststandards der Ausbildungsordnungen

Abstract

„Der Beitrag zeichnet nach, wie die Wahrnehmung der bedrohten Umwelt zur Implementierung des Umweltschutzes als Bildungsziel in die Regelungen der Ausbildungsberufe Eingang gefunden hat. Er verdeutlicht zunächst die hohe Bedeutung der rechtlichen Regelungen als Grundlage für die Ausbildungspraxis des dualen Systems in Betrieb und Berufsschule. Dabei wird der Wandel der Verankerung des Nachhaltigkeitsgedankens sichtbar gemacht bis zum aktuellen Stand der 2021 verordneten Standardberufsbildposition „Umweltschutz und Nachhaltigkeit“, die für alle künftigen Ausbildungsberufe gelten wird. Im Rückbezug auf kritische Beiträge zu Nachhaltigkeit, Bildung und Berufsbildung werden die neu verankerten Formulierungen der Kompetenzen der Standardberufsbildposition differenziert gewürdigt und Hinweise zur weiteren Entwicklung gegeben.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)

„The article traces how the perception of the threatened environment led to the implementation of environmental protection as an educational goal into the legal regulations of training standards. It first illustrates the great importance of the legal regulations as a central basis for the training practice of the dual system, applied by companies as well as by vocational schools. The structures of the regulatory work are made visible in the context of the change to anchor the idea of sustainability, up to the enacted standard occupational profile position "environmental protection and sustainability" in 2021, which will apply to all future training occupations in Germany. With reference to critical contributions to sustainability, education and vocational training, the newly anchored formulation of the standard occupational profile positions are appreciated in a differentiated manner and indications for further development are given.“ (authors’ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
