Weiterbildung des betrieblichen Ausbildungspersonals im Zuge der digitalen Transformation

Abstract

"Im Beitrag wird die Entwicklung eines Weiterbildungsangebotes für das Berufsbildungspersonal in den industriellen Metall- und Elektroberufen beschrieben. Dieses basiert auf Kenntnissen zum Aufgaben- und Qualifikationsprofil von hauptberuflichen Ausbilder:innen und auf neuen Anforderungen an diese Zielgruppe im Kontext der Digitalen Transformation. Die Erfahrungen aus der Umsetzung der Weiterbildung bieten Erkenntnisse für die Praxis sowie Empfehlungen für die Ordnungsmittel zur Aus- und Weiterbildung des Ausbildungspersonals." On the one hand it is based on the knowledge of the task and qualification profile of fülltime trainers and on the other hand on new requirements for this target group in the context of the digital transformation.
