Berufliche Qualifizierung 4.0 - Konzepte und Ziele für die gewerblichen Berufe

Abstract

"Digitalisierung und die umfassende Vernetzung im Arbeits- und Privatleben stellen die allgemeine und berufliche Bildung vor große Herausforderungen. Bisher gibt es dafür weder einheitliche curriculare Vorgaben noch eine entsprechende digitale Ausstattung der Schulen. Die Entwicklung eines Qualifizierungs- und Fortbildungskonzepts für das Land Nordrhein-Westfalen (NRW) greift den Bedarf an kompetenten und handlungsfähigen Lehrkräften für die digitale Zukunft auf und nutzt dabei Ergebnisse aus dem europäischen Erasmus+ Projekt Strategische Partnerschaften "Vocational Education and Training in the Working World 4.0" (VET 4.0). Das Projekt befasste sich mit den Veränderungen der Arbeitswelt in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik und Mechatronik und den damit einhergehenden Veränderungen der Kompetenzanforderungen für Lernende und Lehrende. Wesentliche Projektergebnisse und Konsequenzen für die berufliche Bildung im digitalen Wandel werden vorgestellt." The development of a qualification and further training concept for the state of North Rhine-Westphalia takes up the need for teachers who are competent and able to act for the digital future and uses results from the European Erasmus + project Strategic Partnerships "Vocational Education and Training in the Working World 4.0" (VET 4.0). The project dealt with the changes in the working world in the fields of electrical engineering and mechatronics and the associated changes in competence requirements for learners and teachers.
