dc.description.abstract	„Interprofessionelle Kollaboration ist eine voraussetzungsreiche Anforderung an Fachkräfte im Gesundheitswesen. Pflegestudierende, Studierende der Therapiewissenschaften und der Sozialen Arbeit im Gesundheitswesen absolvieren am Gesundheitscampus Göttingen das Modul „Interprofessional Collaboration“ (IPC) mit steigenden Kompetenzanforderungen und vertiefenden Reflexionsniveaus – im Sommersester 2021 pandemiebedingt im digitalen Format. Dabei hatte das sechste Semester die Aufgabe, eine interprofessionelle Anamnese mit Simulationspatient*innen und die anschließende interprofessionelle Fallkonferenz durchzuführen. Das achte Fachsemester sollte drei Fallkonferenzen zu medizinisch-didaktisch aufbereiteten Fallbeispielen mit den unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten „Ablauf“, „Zielsetzung“ und „Kommunikation“ halten. Der vorliegende Beitrag analysiert die zum Seminar erarbeiteten Reflexionsberichte mithilfe der qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse nach Mayring. Zielsetzung ist die Darstellung förderlicher und hemmender Faktoren im digitalen Format sowie der wesentlichen Kategorien für eine gelungene Kompetenzentwicklung für interprofessionelle Kollaboration. Zudem lassen sich die Einschätzung einer hohen Kompetenzentwicklung sowie Anpassungswünsche ans digitale Format identifizieren.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)	de
dc.description.abstract	“Interprofessional collaboration is a prerequisite-rich requirement for healthcare professionals. Nursing students, students of therapeutic sciences and students of social work in healthcare study the module "Interprofessional Collaboration" (IPC) at the Göttingen Health Campus with increasing competence requirements and deepening levels of reflection - in summer 2021 in digital format due to the pandemic. The sixth semester had the task of conducting an interprofessional anamnesis with simulation patients and the subsequent interprofessional case conference. The eighth semester was to hold three case conferences on medically and didactically prepared case studies with different focuses on "procedure", "goal setting" and "communication". This article analyses the reflection reports prepared for the seminar with the help of qualitative content analysis according to Mayring. The objective is to present the facilitating and inhibiting factors in the digital format as well as the essential categories for successful competence development for interprofessional collaboration.
