| dc.description.abstract | Das Modul ist Teil eines Weiterbildungsbaukastens für zukünftige Prozessbegleiter bei neuen Formen der Arbeitsorganisation. Nach einer Darstellung der Bedeutung von Information für den Prozessbegleiter wird der Informationsaustausch im Unternehmen untersucht. Dazu gehören Informationsarten, Informationsfluss, formelle und informelle Kommunikation, Informationsbarrieren, Gruppenkommunikation und Strategien für den Informationsaustausch.
