Abstract

„Ergebnisse der vom Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung aus Mitteln des Bundesministeriums für Bildung und Forschung geförderten Modellversuche zur Berufsbildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung in Lebensmittelhandwerk und -industrie bedürfen zur strukturellen Verankerung – auch über den Lernort Betrieb hinaus in den Lernort berufsbildende Schule – einer Verbreitung.
