Abstract
“The results of six pilot projects concerned with vocational education and training for sustainable development in food crafts and industries (administrated by the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training, with public funds provided by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research) are now ready for application in various training and learning venues. This article provides an analysis of actors at vocational schools in order to organize the transfer of the respective knowledge and teaching materials to them.” (authors’ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
