Arbeit und Qualifikation in der Green Economy

Abstract

"Welche fachlichen Qualifikationen brauchen Unternehmen, damit sie die Transformation hin zu einer Green Economy gut meistern und Wettbewerbsvorteile haben? Werden Spezialisten benötigt oder gar neue Berufe entstehen? Dies sind die zentralen Fragen, mit denen sich dieses Papier beschäftigt. Es diente als Input für den Workshop E1 Arbeit und Qualifizierung in der Green Economy auf der FONA-Konferenz GREEN ECONOMY 2014. Dort stellten das Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung (BIBB), das Institut für Arbeitsmarkt- und Berufsforschung (IAB), das Institut für ökologische Wirtschaftsforschung (IÖW) und die Gesellschaft für wirtschaftliche Strukturforschung (GWS) erste Ergebnisse des Projektes 'Qualifikationsstruktur und Qualifikationsbedarfe im Umweltschutz', finanziert vom Umweltbundesamt (UBA) und dem Bundesministerium für Umwelt, Naturschutz, Bau und Reaktorsicherheit (BMUB), vor."
