dc.description.abstractDie Einflüsse von Arbeitsorganisation und Qualifikation auf die Unternehmensführung bei Kleinbetrieben im Einzelhandel stehen im Mittelpunkt dieser Studie. Sie bezieht sich auf Vergleichsuntersuchungen bei Klein- und Kleinstbetrieben der Branche in Griechenland, Portugal, Irland und den Niederlanden. Die Autoren untersuchen die betriebsinternen Veränderungen, deren Auswirkungen und den Einfluss auf die Qualifikationen. Im Zuge der permanenten Modernisierung und Innovation ist ein ständiger Vergleich mit zurückliegenden und zukünftigen Trends nötig. (BIBB)
