Coronabedingte Limitationen in der praktischen Ausbildung von Auszubildenden im Pflegeberuf – Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen für die Fachkräftesicherung

Abstract

„Durch die Novellierung des Pflegeberufegesetzes und die damit einhergehenden gestiegenen Qualifizierungsanforderungen erfährt das betriebliche Bildungspersonal im Kontext der Pflegeausbildung eine erhöhte Aufmerksamkeit. Zusätzlich zur gesetzlichen Novellierung und den ohnehin bereits seit Längerem bestehenden strukturellen Restriktionen wurde die Pflegeausbildung durch das Auftreten der Corona-Pandemie und einer damit einhergehenden Verstärkung der Krisensituation herausgefordert. Das Projekt LimCare befasst sich mit dem Konglomerat an Herausforderungen, um ein passgenaues digitales Schulungsangebot zur Förderung von Krisenfestigkeit für das betriebliche Bildungspersonal zu entwickeln. Im Kontext des Pflegeberufs wird diese Akteursgruppe als Praxisanleitende bezeichnet. Ziel ist es, den Praxisanleitenden didaktische Ansätze zu vermitteln, wie eine zielgerichtete Praxisanleitung auch in Krisensituationen gelingen kann. Im Vordergrund dieses Beitrags stehen die Ergebnisse der Vorstudie sowie ausgewählte theoretische Modellierungen, die den Strukturgleichungsmodellen der Hauptstudie zugrunde gelegt werden.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)

„Revisions to the Nursing Professions Act, including higher qualification requirements for in-company training staff, have led to a growing emphasis on them in the context of nursing education (Weyland 2023). In addition to the legal modification and the already existed structural restrictions for some time, nursing training has been challenged by the coronavirus pandemic and the associated intensification of the crisis situation. The LimCare project of the consortium partners from the University of Münster and the Fliedner University of Applied Sciences Düsseldorf is addressing the conglomerate of challenges in order to create a customized digital training for in-company training personnel. In the context of the nursing profession, this group of actors is referred to as practice instructors. The aim is to provide practical instructors with didactic approaches on how to foster in-company training even in crisis situations. This article focuses on the results of the preliminary study and selected theoretical modelling on which the structural equation models (SEM) of the main study are based.” (authors’ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
