dc.description.abstractDer Bericht präsentiert und diskutiert die Ergebnisse einer Umfrage, welche in sieben EU-Ländern in kleinen Unternehmen im Dienstleistungssektor durchgeführt wurde. Bereits 2002 hat eine entsprechende Umfrage im Produktionssektor stattgefunden, welche ebenfalls die Internationalisierung und die sich wandelnden Qualifikationsanforderungen in europäischen Kleinunternehmen zum Thema hatte.
