Der Artikel befasst sich mit den Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten von Ausbildungsabsolventen an Fachschulen in Québec. Die Regierung hat Maßnahmen eingeleitet, die Berufsausbildung durchgängiger zu gestalten und die Anzahl der Lehrabsolventen an beruflichen Fachschulen zu steigern. Im Fokus des Beitrags stehen die Faktoren, die den Ausbildungserfolg und das Durchhaltevermögen der Auszubildenden beeinflussen. Dies wird anhand des Tinto-Modells aufgezeigt. (BIBB-Doku)
