Abstract

"Der Band basiert auf dem BIBB-Forschungsprojekt 'Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede kaufmännisch-betriebswirtschaftlicher Aus- und Fortbildungsberufe (GUK)'. Ergänzt wird er um Beiträge von Expertinnen und Experten, die sich mit den Perspektiven der kaufmännischen Aus- und Fortbildungsberufe auseinandergesetzt haben. Dargelegt werden die Charakteristik kaufmännischen Denkens und Handelns und deren Theorie, die methodische Vorgehensweise im Forschungsprojekt sowie die Bedeutung der Beruflichkeit heute. Detaillierte Ergebnisse aus den empirischen Analysen, einschließlich internationaler Vergleiche, bilden den Kern des vorliegenden Bandes, der auch konkrete Reformvorschläge zur Verankerung von Nachhaltigkeit, Ethik sowie Prozessorientierung in der kaufmännischen Aus- und Weiterbildung enthält". "This volume is based on the BIBB research project 'Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede kaufmännisch-betriebswirtschaftlicher Aus- und Fortbildungsberufe (GUK)' (Commercial and business administration vocational and advanced training occupations: Similarities and differences). It is supplemented by contributions from experts who have investigated the future aspects of commercial vocational and advanced training occupations. The book illustrates the characteristics of commercial thought and action and the underpinning theory, the methodological approach of the research project as well as the importance of this occupational field in our time.
