Das QuBe-Projekt – was es will und was es kann

Abstract

“Unter Federführung des Bundesinstituts für Berufsbildung (BIBB) und des Instituts für Arbeitsmarkt- und Berufsforschung (IAB) sowie unter Mitwirkung der Gesellschaft für Wirtschaftliche Strukturforschung mbH (GWS) werden im Rahmen des QuBe- Projekts in einem regelmäßigen zweijährigen Rhythmus langfristige „Qualifikations- und Berufsprojektionen“ erstellt. Hinzu kommt im Rahmen von Szenarien-Analysen eine Vielzahl von Publikationen zu unterschiedlichsten Fragestellungen, wie beispielsweise den Folgen der Digitalisierung, eines veränderten Mobilitätsverhaltens, der Neuausrichtung der Wohnungsbau- und Klimapolitik oder den Folgen des Ukrainekriegs für Wirtschaft und Arbeitsmarkt. Die stetige Weiterentwicklung des Modellinstrumentariums und seiner Module macht es not wendig, die jeweiligen Modellierungen in komprimierter Form darzulegen. „Under the auspices of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) and the Institute for Employment Research (IAB), and with the assistance of the Gesellschaft für Wirtschaftliche Strukturforschung mbH (GWS), long-term “qualification and occupational projections” are prepared in a regular two-year rhythm within the framework of the QuBe project. In addition, within the framework of scenario analyses, a large number of publications were produced on a wide range of issues, such as the consequences of digitalisation, changes in mobility behaviour, the reorientation of housing and climate policy or the consequences of the Ukraine war for the economy and the labour market. The continuous development of the modeling tools and their modules makes it necessary to present the respective modeling in a condensed form.
