dc.description.abstractUntersucht wird die Anwendung des Konzepts der nationalen Berufsqualifikation (NVQ) in 758 Unternehmen verschiedener Wirtschaftszweige in England und Wales. Im Mittelpunkt der Befragungen stehen die generelle Berücksichtigung des NVQ- Systems, die Art und Weise der Anwendung und die Gründe, die Unternehmen dafür anführen, dass sie das NVQ-System nicht anwenden. Analysiert wird weiterhin die Bedeutung der Unternehmensgrösse und des Wirtschaftssektors für die Anwendung des NVQ-Systems. (BIBB)
