Neue Qualifizierungswege im Fokus − Lehrerinnen- und Lehrerbildung der Domäne Pflege zwischen Attraktivität, Flexibilisierung und Professionalisierung

Abstract

„In Reaktion auf die neue gesetzliche Bestimmung bezüglich des Zugangs zu einer Lehrtätigkeit an einer beruflichen Schule für Pflege im Pflegeberufegesetz sind neben den bisherigen Angeboten neue Qualifizierungswege entstanden. Aufgrund der Vielfalt der Programme an allen Hochschularten, die sich hinsichtlich der Organisationsformen, Strukturen und Inhalte unterscheiden, eröffnen sich für Studientinteressent:innen vielfältige Möglichkeiten. Der Beitrag nimmt die Qualifizierungswege mit Blick auf Professionsmerkmale in den Blick. Dies geschieht anhand einer Analyse der Kompetenzbeschreibungen in Modulhandbüchern lehrerinnen- und lehrerbildender Masterstudiengänge für die Domäne Pflege. Diskutiert werden die aktuellen Bildungswege im Spannungsfeld von Attraktivität und Flexibilisierung einerseits sowie verlässlichen Outcomeerwartungen an die Lehrtätigkeit in der Pflegeausbildung andererseits.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)„In response to the new legal provision regarding access to a teaching position at a vocational school for nursing in the Nursing Professions Act, new qualification paths have emerged in addition to the previous offerings. Due to the variety of programmes at all types of higher education institutions, differing in terms of organizational forms, structures and content, there are many opportunities for prospective students. This article takes a look at the qualification paths with regard to professional characteristics. This is done on the basis of an analysis of the competence descriptions in module handbooks of nursing education Master's degree programs. The current educational pathways are discussed in the tension between the attractiveness and flexibilisation on the one hand and reliable outcome expectations of teaching in nursing education on the other.“ (authors‘ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
