Innovations- und Implementationsproblematik in der beruflichen Bildung – Studie zu Verständnissen und Prozessen im Kontext des InnoVET-Programms

Abstract

„Aufgrund beruflicher und gesellschaftlicher Dynamiken steht auch die Berufsbildung unter stetigem Veränderungsdruck. Unter (bildungs-)politischer Förderung werden in sog. Innovationsprogrammen Projektvorhaben zur Entwicklung und Erprobung von Innovationen im Berufsbildungssystem eingerichtet. In entsprechenden Innovations- und Implementationsprozessen stellen sich besondere Anforderungen. Diese werden im Beitrag aus Sicht der Beteiligten resp. den Projektakteur:innen untersucht, um grundlegende Fragen und Perspektiven zur Gestaltung von Innovations- und Implementationsprozessen in der beruflichen Bildung herauszuarbeiten. Über eine Analyse von Forschungsdaten aus dem InnoVET-Begleitforschungsprojekt ‚ITiB‘ (Innovations- und Transferprozesse in der Berufsbildung) sollen Innovationsverständnisse, Herausforderungen sowie Gelingensbedingungen und Handlungsstrategien der Projektakteur:innen aufgearbeitet werden. Die Ergebnisse weisen einerseits auf die Relevanz von Kooperationsprozessen, andererseits auf Spannungsfelder im Kontext einer prozesshaften Innovationsgestaltung bzw. von Innovations- und Implementationsaspekten hin.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)

„Due to ongoing professional and societal dynamics, vocational education faces constant pressure to reform and transform. Within the framework of so-called innovation programmes (as the innovation competition InnoVET) and with educational policy support, projects initiatives are implemented to develop and test VET-related innovations. By drawing on empirical data from the InnoVET accompanying research project ITiB (Innovation and Transfer Processes in Vocational Education and Training), we aim to explore requirements of innovation processes from the perspective of those involved (the project actors) and identify key issues relating to the process of VET innovation. In the analysis, we therefore focus on the actors’ understandings of innovation, their strategies in innovation settings as well as their perceived challenges and success factors. Our findings point to both the relevance of cooperation processes and challenges associated with process-oriented innovation understandings.“ (authors’ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
