Die Lebenswelterweiterung der Jugendlichen zu Beginn der Berufsausbildung - die Berufsausbildungseingangsphase aus der Perspektive der Auszubildenden

Abstract

"Die Berufsausbildungseingangsphase nimmt in der Berufsbiographie junger Erwachsener eine bedeutende Rolle ein, da sie den Beginn der Erwerbstätigkeit und den Eintritt in die Berufs- und Arbeitswelt markiert. Aus der Perspektive der in die Ausbildung eintretenden Personen geht die Berufsausbildungseingangsphase mit einer Lebenswelterweiterung einher, die durch vielfältige Problemlagen und komplexe Anforderungen geprägt ist. Diese ergeben sich in einem Spannungsfeld individueller Bedürfnisse und organisationaler und gesellschaftlicher Erwartungen und Rahmenbedingungen. Im Beitrag werden die Fragen aufgegriffen, mit welche Anforderungen sich die Auszubildenden in der Berufsausbildungseingangsphase konfrontiert sehen und wie sie die Lebenswelterweiterung zu Beginn der Berufsausbildung subjektiv wahrnehmen. Vorgestellt werden Befunde einer qualitativen Untersuchung, die die Berufsausbildungseingangsphase aus der Perspektive von Auszubildenden im Kfz-Mechatronikerhandwerk untersucht." That's why it plays a center role in the professional biography of young adults. From the perspective of the persons entering apprenticeship, the initial phase is accompanied by a broadening of the living environment to a world of work, which is characterised by a variety of problems and complex requirements. These arise in a field of tension between individual needs and organisational and social expectations and conditions. This article deals with the questions of which requirements trainees are confronted with during the initial phase of apprenticeship and how they subjectively perceive the expansion of their living environment at the beginning of apprenticeship.
