Abstract
(Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)
"The article outlines the research project KraniCH, which starts with a comprehensive analysis in the field of nursing with the aim of developing a curriculum for the nursing education including the perspectives of care for children, adults and elder people. Parties involved are the medical school Hannover, the vocational school Hannover and the Institute for Vocational Education of the University of Applied Sciences, Münster. The research design follows two premises: firstly, a vocational curriculum is oriented towards the professional practice and is based on current and future fields of activity with their key tasks and specific activities. Secondly, a curriculum requires a high level of acceptance among the teachers to be used in class. It is known, that such acceptance increases when teachers are actively involved in the development process. Teachers of both schools work in tandems to observe and interview nurses of 43 different fields of nursing and interviewed care-dependent people. The results are complemented by two expert workshops. The article presents the background, the research design and selected results." (authors' abstract; BIBB-Doku)
