Auswirkungen der Zuwanderung Geflüchteter auf Wirtschaft und Arbeitsmarkt : Berechnungen mit den BIBB-IAB-Qualifikations- und Berufsfeldprojektionen

Abstract

"In diesem Beitrag werden die langfristigen ökonomischen und arbeitsmarktspezifischen Auswirkungen des Zuzugs Geflüchteter beleuchtet. Hierzu werden zwei Szenarien berechnet und an der Basisprojektion der vierten Welle des QuBe-Projektes gespiegelt: Erstens werden mithilfe eines kontrafaktischen Szenarios die Impulse der in Deutschland Schutz Suchenden herausgerechnet, um die Auswirkungen auf Bildung, Altersstruktur, Arbeitsangebot und Arbeitsnachfrage nach Branchen, Berufen und Qualifikationen zu quantifizieren. Zweitens wird eine schnellere und zielgerichtete Arbeitsmarktintegration der Geflüchteten modelliert. Im Ergebnis zeigt sich, dass eine schnellere Arbeitsmarktintegration nicht nur für das Individuum, sondern auch gesamtwirtschaftlich von Vorteil ist." Two scenarios are simulated and aligned with the basic projection of the fourth wave of the QuBe project for this purpose. Firstly, a counterfactual scenario is used to calculate the incentives of those seeking protection in Germany, in order to quantify the effects on education, age distribution, labour supply and demand according to sectors, occupations and qualifications. Secondly, a fast and targeted labour market integration of the refugees is modelled.
