Abstract

Die kontinuierliche Entwicklung, Sicherung und Analyse der Qualität beruflicher Aus- und Weiterbildung stellt nicht nur ein Kernthema der Berufsbildung dar, sondern auch eine Herausforderung für die Bildungsforschung. Auf nationaler wie internationaler Ebene ist Qualität Voraussetzung für die wechselseitige Anerkennung erworbener Kompetenzen und die Durchlässigkeit von Systemen. Die Literatur zeigt, dass die Bemühungen um Klärung, Implementierung und Erkenntnis in Wissenschaft und Bildungspraxis eine lange Tradition und Kontinuität aufweisen. Die vorliegende Bibliografie vermittelt einen Überblick über aktuelle und historisch relevante Forschungsbefunde zur Thematik. Sie nimmt die nationale und internationale Diskussion auf und geht ein auf Methoden, Verfahren und Instrumente, die Professionalisierung des Bildungspersonals sowie die Kooperation der Lernorte. (BIBB-Doku)The development, assurance and analysis of quality of initial and continuing vocational education and training is a core VET issue which also represents a challenge for the educational research sector as a whole. At both a national and international level, quality is a prerequisite for mutual recognition of competencies acquired and for permeability of systems. The relevant literature provides evidence that endeavours to clarify, implement and identify quality in academic research and within education and training practice can look back on a long tradition as well as displaying continuity. The present bibliography offers a summary of research findings which are of current and historic pertinence in this thematic area. It incorporates domestic and international debate and addresses topics such as methods, procedures and instruments, the professionalisation of education and training staff, and cooperation between learning venues.
