Abstract
"Der Beitrag behandelt Berufsbildungsforschung im Kontext von policy borrowing, also dem gezielten Entlehnen von Elementen, Strukturen, Ideen, Reformansätzen, Ordnungspolitiken in der beruflichen Bildung und deren Transfer in andere Kontexte. Der Beitrag hat zum Ziel, den Ertrag langjähriger Diskussionen aneinander anschlussfähig zu machen: Zum einen die Ansätze zum "Export" beruflicher und mehrheitlich dualer Ausbildungsstrukturen nach deutschem Vorbild, die im Kontext internationaler Zusammenarbeit vor allem in den 1960er Jahren vorangetrieben wurden, zum anderen die deutlich älteren Diskurse um die Frage, was vergleichende (Berufs-)Bildungsforschung ist und in welchem Zusammenhang sie zum (Berufs-)Bildungstransfer steht. Der Beitrag zeigt, dass zahlreiche Ansätze und Ideen des internationalen Diskurses um (Berufs-)Bildungstransfer und vergleichende (Berufs-)Bildungsforschung in der deutschen Diskussion durchaus eine kritische Würdigung erfahren und so die Anschlussfähigkeit an den internationalen Diskurs stärken. Umgekehrt ließe sich aber auch der internationale Diskurs durch die Perspektive aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum bereichern." (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)
"The article deals with VET research in the context of policy borrowing, i. e. the selective borrowing of elements, structures, ideas, reform approaches, regulatory policies in VET and their transfer into other contexts. The aim of this contribution is to make the results of many years of discussions compatible with each other: On the one hand, the approaches to the "export" of vocational and, for the most part, dual vocational training structures based on the German model, which were developed in the context of international cooperation above all in the 1960s, and, on the other hand, the much older discourses on the question of what comparative (vocational) education research is and in what connection it stands for (vocational) education transfer. The article shows that numerous approaches and ideas of the international discourse on (vocational) education transfer and comparative (vocational) education research are thoroughly critically assessed in the German discussion and thus strengthen the ability to connect to the international discourse. On the other hand, international discourse could also be enriched by the perspective from the Germanspeaking world." (author's abstract; BIBB-Doku)
