Apprenticeship im Kontext europäischer Berufsbildungspolitik. Ergebnisse einer Untersuchung aktueller politischer Programme in Irland und Italien

Abstract

"Aktuelle politische Initiativen der Europäischen Kommission zielen auf die Förderung betrieblicher Ausbildung in den Mitgliedsstaaten. Vor dem Hintergrund der deutschen Debatte um den disruptiven Charakter europäischer Berufsbildungspolitik untersucht der Beitrag auf der Grundalge einer Dokumentenanalyse, inwieweit die politische Initiative der Europäischen Kommission, korporatistisch gesteuerte Formen betrieblicher Ausbildung fördern, in den Mitgliedsstaaten Irland und Italien mit entsprechenden politischen Programmen einhergeht. Der Beitrag zeigt auf, dass sowohl die EU-Ebene als auch die untersuchten Mitgliedsstaaten den Ausbau von Apprenticeships unter Einbezug der Sozialpartner anstreben." (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)

"Current political initiatives of the European Commission aim to foster workplace-learning and apprenticeships in the EU member states. The paper explores to what extend the European initiative goes hand in hand with national politics in Italy and Ireland that aim to foster workplace-learning and apprenticeships. Furthermore, it refers to a German debate about the disruptive character of EU-politics concerning vocational education and training. It is based on a document analysis and examines if corporatist governance is strengthened in the political process. The results suggest that on the EU-level as well as on the level of the reviewed member states policies aim to foster Apprenticeships with specific types of corporatist governance."
