Konnektive Lernmodule im SHK-Handwerk – Nachhaltige Bildungsinnovationen erfolgreich transferieren

Abstract

„Technologischer Fortschritt, Fachkräftemangel und Heterogenität in der beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildung erfordern bedarfsbezogene, praxistaugliche und transferfähige Lernangebote. Das InnoVET Plus-Projekt learn.SHK (Lerne und arbeite im nachhaltigen SHK-Handwerk) entwickelt und transferiert digital-gestützte, konnektive Lernmodule für den Beruf Anlagenmechaniker:in für Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik. Dieser Beruf dient als Anwendungsbeispiel für einen partizipativen Ansatz, der auf innovative Lernortkooperation und Förderung ganzheitlicher Gestaltungskompetenz (Rauner, 2021) abzielt. Die Verbundpartner aus Praxis und Wissenschaft beschäftigen sich insbesondere mit der Frage, wie die konnektiven Lernmodule im Sinne von Bildungsinnovationen während der Projektlaufzeit entwickelt, erprobt, evaluiert und in die SHK-Praxis sowie in Nachbargewerke transferiert werden können. Um diese Frage zu beantworten, wird im Forschungsbeitrag zunächst darauf eingegangen, auf welcher Befundgrundlage die transferorientierte Entwicklung und Erprobung der konnektiven, digital-gestützten Lernmodule gestaltet wird. Es werden die Methodik des transferorientierten Vorgehens und Befunde der Bedarfsanalyse erörtert sowie erste Lessons Learned berichtet.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)

„Technological progress, a shortage of skilled workers, and heterogeneity in vocational education and training require needs-based, practice-oriented , and transferable learning opportunities. The InnoVET Plus-project learn.SHK (Learn and work in the sustainable sanitary, heating and air conditioning craft (SHAC)) develops and transfers digital, connective learning modules for the profession of plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology. This profession serves as an example of a participatory approach that aims at learning site innovative cooperation and the fostering of integrative design competence (Rauner, 2021). The partners from industry and academia are particularly concerned with the question of how connective learning modules can be developed, tested, evaluated, and transferred to SHAC practice as well as related crafts during the project duration, functioning as an educational innovation. To address this question, this research paper first examines the evidence-based foundation for the transfer-oriented development and testing of the connective, digital learning modules.
