Abstract
Ausbildungsclustern 4.0 in ostdeutschen Braunkohlerevieren.
„The article focuses on innovation processes and innovation transfer in so-called VET Clusters 4.0 in Eastern German lignite mining regions. The projects aim to improve the quality of training, develop digital and sustainable skills, and strengthen future-oriented professions in the region. The focus is on three clusters – TAB_MINT, Zukunftsmacher and Lausitz-Cares – which focus on selected occupations in mechatronics, metal/electrical/construction, and nursing and home economics. The implementation of the projects shows that innovation processes and innovation transfer in the VET Clusters are influenced by training- and industry-related as well as regional factors. This results in certain success conditions for innovation and transfer and this article examines in how far these can already be detected in the VET Clusters.” (authors’ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
