Berufliche Orientierung und haushaltsbezogene Bildung für hauswirtschaftliche Care-Berufe: Perspektiven – Positionen – Projekte

Abstract

“Angesichts des Fachkräftemangels in hauswirtschaftlichen Care-Berufen analysiert der Artikel die Bezugsfächer haushaltsbezogener Bildung und der Berufsorientierung. Ausgangsposition ist die Konzeption der „Arbeitslehre“ und verwandter Fächer, eine Analyse der Bildungspläne sowie die Vorstellung ausgewählter außerschulischer Partner.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)“In view of the shortage of skilled workers in household-related care professions, the article analyses the reference subjects of household-related education and vocational orientation.
