Berufliche Bildung im Öffentlichen Dienst - Zukunft aktiv gestalten : Dokumentation der Beiträge zum Entwicklungsprojekt

Abstract

"Der Öffentliche Dienst (ÖD) muss sich vor dem Hintergrund von Digitalisierung und bildungsbezogenen Entwicklungen als attraktiver Arbeitgeber auf dem Arbeitsmarkt positionieren. Dazu gehören neben einer zeitgemäßen Erstausbildung interessante Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten sowie horizontale und vertikale Durchlässigkeiten der nutzbaren Bildungsgänge. Das Projekt "Berufliche Bildung im ÖD" des Bundesinstituts für Berufsbildung hat die Konsequenzen dieser notwendigen Veränderungen untersucht und bewertet, um zu einer Neujustierung der Rahmenbedingungen zu kommen. Ein Projektbeirat hat dazu zukunftsweisende Empfehlungen abgegeben. Die Publikation dokumentiert die Beiträge für die Fachöffentlichkeit zur weiteren Diskussion. Das soll die Verantwortlichen anregen, sich verstärkt mit der zukünftigen Ausgestaltung der Berufsbildung im ÖD auseinanderzusetzen." In addition to contemporary initial education and training, this includes interesting promotion opportunities as well as horizontal and vertical permeability of the accessible educational courses. The Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training’s project "Vocational Education and Training in the PS" examined and evaluated the consequences of these changes in order to readjust the prevailing framework conditions. To this end, a project committee provided future-oriented recommendations. The publication documents the contributions for the professional public for further discussion.
