dc.description.abstractSyrien ist eine Gesellschaft im Umbruch, in der zur Zeit ein grundlegender Wandel stattfindet. Diese Veränderung betrifft ökonomische, industrielle und soziale Umbrüche und nicht zuletzt auch des Bildungssystems, speziell der höheren Bildung. Dieses Buch stellt das Tempus-Projekt 'Universitätsmanagement und institutionelle Autonomie' und seine Ergebnisse als ein Best-Practice-Modell dar, das extern evaluiert wurde.
