| dc.description.abstract | Qualifikationen sind ein Kernelement der Hochschulpolitik im Allgemeinen und des Bologna-Prozesses im Besonderen. Das vorliegende Buch gibt einen systematischen Überblick über das Konzept von Qualifikationen, diskutiert dessen zentrale Elemente wie Lernstufe (level), Lernzeit (workload), Qualität, Profil und Lernergebnisse (learning outcomes) und untersucht sowohl allgemeine als auch fachspezifische Kompetenzen. In einem weiteren Teil wird die Entwicklung nationaler und übergreifender Qualifikationsrahmen beschrieben. Im abschließenden Kapitel wird der Zusammenhang zwischen Qualifikationen und Bildungssystemen betrachtet. Dabei steht die Frage im Vordergrund, inwieweit Lernende von einem Bildungssystem in ein anderes wechseln können, ohne dass dabei der Wert der von ihnen erworbenen Qualifkationen vorloren geht.
