Auszubildendengewinnung und Ausbildungsgestaltung im Pflegeberuf : Eine laufbahnbezogene Perspektive auf den Lernort Praxis

Abstract

"Die Pflegeausbildung sieht sich aktuell mit unterschiedlichen Herausforderungen konfrontiert. Steigende Ausbildungszahlen und die Reform der Pflegeausbildung treffen auf einen anhaltenden Fachkräftemangel. In Konkurrenz um Auszubildende wird die Bedeutung der Einrichtungen bei der Gewinnung von Auszubildenden und der Ausgestaltung der praktischen Ausbildung relevant. Diese Aspekte werden im Kontext von Berufswahlmotiven und Laufbahnadaptabilität anhand empirischer Daten aus Einrichtungsperspektive erörtert. Die Anstrengungen erfordern Ressourcen, die von den Leitungs- und Pflegefachpersonen on top erbracht werden müssen. Gleichzeitig werden die Aktivitäten durch den Fachkräftemangel konterkariert. "Currently, nursing training faces different challenges. A growing number of trainees and the reform of the nurse training act meet a continuing Jack of skilled workers. In the competition for trainees, the importance of the institutions in recruiting trainees and the practical occupational training becomes relevant. These aspects are discussed in the context of career choice motives and career adaptability using empirical data from an occupational perspective. Tue undertaken efforts require resources that must be provided on top by the management and nursing staff. At the same time, the activities are thwarted by the shortage of skilled workers.
