dc.description.abstractDer Hintergrundbericht zum zweiten Forschungsbericht zur Beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildung (VET) in Europa enthält eine Reihe von Beiträgen über die aktuelle Forschung im Rahmen der Generierung und Nutzung von Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen. Die grundlegenden Theorien, Methodologien und Ergebnisse werden präsentiert und die wesentlichen Implikationen für die Zukunkft in Forschung, Politik und Praxis werden in den einzelnen Beiträgen diskutiert. Der erste Band enthält Beiträge zu dem Themenbereichen: (a) Berufsbildungssysteme, Koordination mit dem Arbeitsmarkt und Steuerung. (b) Lebenslanges Lernen und Kompetenzen: Wandel und Reformen.
