Erzieher:innenausbildung revisited: Expansion als Schubkraft? : Der arbeitsfeldbezogene Diskurs in der vollzeitschulischen Ausbildung

Abstract

"Der vorliegende Beitrag nimmt aktuelle Entwicklungen im Arbeitsfeld Frühe Bildung sowie die Steuerung des Ausbildungssystems differenziert in den Blick. Dabei wird zunächst auf die Bildungsexpansion in der Frühen Bildung eingegangen und die Ausbildungslandschaft anhand von Monitoringdaten aus dem Fachkräftebarometer Frühe Bildung 2017 beschrieben. Darauffolgend werden die Ergebnisse einer Befragung von Vertreter:innen der Kultusministerien zu Organisationsformen der Ausbildung an Fachschulen in den einzelnen Bundesländern vorgestellt, um die wachsende Pluralität in diesem Sektor aufzuzeigen. Abschließend erfolgt eine Diskussion der Ergebnisse im Lichte des sozialen Wandels." (Autorenreferat ; BIBB-Doku)

"The article focuses on current developments in the field of early childhood education and care as well as the management of the training system. First of all, the expansion in the field of early childhood education will be discussed and the training landscape will be described, based on monitoring data from the Fachkräftebarometer Frühe Bildung 2017. Subsequently, the results of a survey conducted among representatives of the ministries of education on organizational forms of training in vocational colleges are presented to show the growing plurality in this sector.
