Transfer gestalten : Lernsituationen als Transfermedium in der beruflichen Bildung

Abstract

„Technologische Innovationen verändern Arbeitsprozesse im Handwerk und stellen neue Anforderungen an Qualifizierung und beruflicher Bildung. Dieser Beitrag zeigt, wie solche Innovationen aus Forschungsprojekten mittels eines arbeitsprozessorientierten Vorgehens in strukturierte Lernsituationen überführt werden können. Diese Lernsituationen dienen nicht nur als Unterrichtsformat, sondern als didaktische Transfermedien, die technologische Neuerungen rekonstruieren, abstrahieren und für unterschiedliche Lernorte anschlussfähig machen. Grundlage bilden dabei ein konstruktivistischer Ansatz, berufliche Handlungskompetenz, Arbeitsprozessorientierung sowie ein reflexives Verständnis von Transfer, dass Innovationen als interpretative und kontextsensitive Aushandlungsprozesse begreift. Methodisch wird ein Vorgehen dargestellt, das arbeitsprozessorientierte Analysen mit einer didaktischen Rekonstruierung entlang der vollständigen Handlung verbindet. Der Beitrag diskutiert Potenziale, Grenzen und Spannungsfelder dieses Vorgehens und leitet Forschungsbedarfe ab, die für die Weiterentwicklung transferorientierter Berufsbildungsforschung bedeutsam sind.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)

„Technological innovations are transforming work processes in the skilled trades and place new demands on vocational education and training. This paper demonstrates how such innovations emerging from research and development projects can be translated into structured learning situations using a work-process-oriented approach. These learning situations function not only as instructional formats but also as didactic transfer media that reconstruct and abstract technological developments and make them applicable across different learning venues. The approach is grounded in constructivist learning, vocational competence development, work-process orientation and a reflexive understanding of transfer that conceptualises innovation adoption as an interpretative and context-sensitive negotiation process. Methodologically, the paper outlines a procedure that links work-process analysis with the didactic reconstruction of these processes based on the model of complete action. The contribution discusses the potentials, limitations and inherent tensions of this approach and identifies research needs that are relevant for advancing transfer-oriented vocational education research.” (authors’ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
