Abstract

"Am Beispiel der Novellierung der Ausbilder-Eignungsverordnung (AEVO) von 2009 wird in der vorliegenden Dissertation das Modell der Qualitätsentwicklung in der beruflichen Bildung in Deutschland näher beleuchtet. Dabei werden einerseits das Novellierungsverfahren, die inhaltliche und strukturelle Modernisierung der AEVO von 2009 sowie deren Rezeption in Berufsbildungspolitik, -praxis und -forschung vertiefend analysiert, andererseits die systemprägenden Merkmale der neokorporatistischen Steuerung bei der inhaltlichen Gestaltung der Berufsbildung untersucht. Darüber hinaus wird in der Arbeit ein Konzept für die Entwicklung einer 'berufspädagogischen Professionalität' des betrieblichen Ausbildungspersonals vorgestellt." It conducts a detailed analysis of the updating procedure, of the content and structural modernisation of the 2009 AEVO and of the reception of the ordinance by VET policy, practice and research whilst also investigating the characteristics that define neo-corporatist governance and how they shape the content of vocational education and training.
