dc.description.abstractDer Bericht enthält Ergebnisse aus einer Forschungsarbeit zur Frage des Einsatzes von Modulen im Bereich der Erstausbildung. Er beruht auf der Auswertung von Interviews mit insgesamt über 70 Ausbildern in sechs EG-Staaten (Schottland, Bundesrepublik Deutschland, Luxemburg, Frankreich, Spanien, Niederlande). Einer allgemeineren Einführung in die Untersuchung folgen Betrachtungen über Qualifikationserfordernisse, über individuelles Lernen und die Notwendigkeit pädagogischer Führung, über Zusammenarbeit von Ausbildern und ihre durch den Einsatz von Modulen veränderte Rolle.
