Von der Theorie zur Praxis und zurück : digitale Handlungskompetenz nachhaltig transferieren mit MIKA

Abstract

„Der digitale Wandel stellt neue Anforderungen an die berufliche Bildung und erfordert eine gezielte Qualifizierung des Ausbildungspersonals im Umgang mit digitalen Medien. Das Weiterbildungsangebot MIKA (Medien- und IT-Kompetenz für Ausbildungspersonal) des Bundesinstituts für Berufsbildung (BIBB) greift diesen Bedarf auf und überführt ein aus dem Forschungsprojekt „Digitale Medien in der betrieblichen Berufsbildung – Medien¬aneignung und Mediennutzung in der Alltagspraxis von betrieblichem Ausbildungsperso¬nal“ (DiMBA) entstandenes Kompetenzmodell in ein praxisnahes, standardisiertes, modulares Weiterbildungsangebot. MIKA steht exemplarisch für eine zielgruppenfokussierte und systematisch begleitete Transferpraxis, bei der wissenschaftliche Konzepte in ein konkretes, nutzbares und evaluierbares Weiterbildungsangebot für die berufliche Bildung transformiert wurde. Der Beitrag beleuchtet Gelingensbedingungen und Herausforderungen dieses Transferprozesses und zeigt, wie Forschungsergebnisse in tragfähige Qualifizierungsformate überführt werden können – mit dem Ziel der nachhaltigen Verankerung im System der beruflichen Bildung.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)„The digital transformation is placing new demands on vocational education and training and requires targeted training for training staff in the use of digital media. MIKA (Media- and IT-Skills for Training Staff) continuing education program offered by the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) addresses this need and transfers a competence model developed in the research project “Digital media in in-company vocational training. Media Appropriation and Media Use in the everyday Practice of in-company training staff” (DiMBA) into a practical, standardized, modular continuing education program. MIKA is an example of a target group-focused and systematically supported transfer model in which scientific concepts have been translated into a concrete, usable, and evaluable continuing education program for vocational education and training.
