Die Vielfalt der Aufgaben des betrieblichen Weiterbildungspersonals : eine empirische Analyse der Aufgabenspezifik

Abstract

“Der Beitrag knüpft an die Diskussionen um das betriebliche Bildungspersonal in der Berufsbildungsforschung an und rückt dabei das bisher kaum erforschte betriebliche Weiterbildungspersonal in den Vordergrund. Bisher liegen zwar einige theoretische Differenzierungen von Aufgaben und Handlungsformen des betrieblichen Weiterbildungspersonals vor, aber es fehlen empirische Untersuchungen hierzu. Ergebnisse einer empirischen Analyse der Aufgaben des betrieblichen Weiterbildungspersonals werden dargestellt, wobei die komparative pädagogische Berufsgruppenforschung der zentrale theoretische Bezugspunkt ist. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass deren Aufgaben vielfältig und komplex, teilweise auch organisationsspezifisch, sind. Sie zeigen zudem, dass sich deren Aufgaben von den Aufgaben des Bildungspersonals in anderen pädagogischen Handlungsfeldern unterscheiden, d. h. eine Aufgabenspezifik vorliegt. Die vorgestellte Forschung kann also mit Daten zur betrieblichen Weiterbildung dazu beitragen, die eher allgemeinpädagogische Frage zu klären, inwieweit pädagogische Aufgaben und Handlungsformen handlungsfeldspezifisch sind oder handlungsfeldübergreifend gelten.” (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)“The article ties in with the discussions about company training staff in vocational, education training research and focuses on the in-company continuing vocational education staff, which has so far been hardly researched. Although some theoretical differentiations of the tasks and forms of action of in-company continuing vocational education staff exist to date, empirical studies are lacking. The results of an empirical analysis of the tasks of in-company continuing vocational education staff are presented, with comparative research on pedagogical occupational groups serving as the central theoretical reference point. The results demonstrate that the tasks are diverse and complex, and in some cases even organization-specific. They demonstrate that the tasks differ from the tasks of training staff in other pedagogical fields of activity, i.e., that a task-specific nature exists. The research presented can also contribute, with data on enterprise based continuing vocational education, to clarify the more general pedagogical question of the extent to which pedagogical tasks and forms of action are field-specific or cross-field.” (authors’ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
