Berufsbildung 4.0 - Fachkräftequalifikationen und Kompetenzen für die digitalisierte Arbeit von morgen: Branchen- und Berufescreening : vergleichende Gesamtstudie

Abstract

"Die hier vorliegende Gesamtstudie dokumentiert den Vergleich der berufsbezogenen Ergebnisse aus einem Berufescreening, das auf insgesamt 14 Berufe gerichtet war. Exemplarisch wurde damit untersucht, wie die Digitalisierung in berufliche Aufgabenfelder verändernd hineinwirkt und was das für die Aus- und Weiterbildung der Fachkräfte bedeutet. Aus dem Ergebnisvergleich, der sich insbesondere auf eine gemeinsame Online-Befragung und in den Berufen durchgeführte Fallstudien stützt, sind Handlungsempfehlungen sowohl für die Gestaltung von Aus- und Weiterbildung als auch für die Weiterentwicklung systemischer Rahmenbedingungen und die Weiterentwicklung von bundeseinheitlichen Aus- und Weiterbildungsregelungen abgeleitet und zusammengefasst." (Autorenreferat, BIBB-Doku)"The overall study presented here documents the comparison of occupation-related results from an occupational screening that focused on a total of 14 occupations. The sample base illustrates how digitalisation affects occupational task areas and what this means for the initial and continuing vocational education and training of skilled workers. From the comparison of results, which is based in particular on a joint online survey and case studies carried out in the occupations, recommendations for the structure of initial and continuing vocational education and training as well as for the further development of a systematic framework and the further development of national initial and continuing vocational education and training regulations can be derived and summarised.
