Bildung und Intralogistik in der Industrie 4.0 : eine empirische Annäherung

Abstract

"Der digitale Wandel trifft auch Tätigkeiten, über die aktuell wenig empirisch Konkretes bekannt ist. So verändert Industrie 4.0 auf Logistik bezogene Tätigkeiten innerhalb produzierender Unternehmen. Der Artikel prüft auf Basis von Daten der BIBB/BAuA-Erwerbstätigenbefragung, wie diese Beschäftigtengruppe erfasst werden kann, und stellt Ergebnisse zu Qualifikation, Routine-Anteilen und IT-Nutzung vor. Dabei zeigt sich, dass die Beschäftigten in der produktionsnahen Intralogistik qualifizierter sind als oft angenommen und bereits heute vielfältig mit Digitalisierung am Arbeitsplatz konfrontiert sind. "'Industrie 4.0' is expected to substantially transform work in logistics within the production sector. Today, however, this field of occupation is largely unexplored. Based on the BIBB/BAuA Employment Survey of the Working Population on Qualification and Working Conditions in Germany 2012, and inspired by a qualitative labour research perspective, the article suggests a sampling approach of logistic tasks within manufacturing and presents a variety of results on qualification, routine share and IT-usage. The results show that work in intralogistics is higher qualified and more digital than often assumed. Further the analysis reveals an above average requirement in coping with change, complexity, and imponderability, and hence non-routine tasks."
