Lehrerinnen- und Lehrerbildung als Persönlichkeitsbildung

Abstract

"Anders als viele andere Studiengänge mit fehlendem oder unklarem Berufsprofil gehört die Ausbildung von Lehrkräften zu jenen Studiengängen mit klar formulierten Ausbildungszielen, welche u.a. in den Standards für die Lehrerinnen- und Lehrbildung der KMK festgeschrieben sind. Dennoch befindet sich die akademische Ausbildung von Lehrenden von je her im Spannungsfeld von Berufsqualifizierung einerseits und einer eher wissenschaftsorientierten Ausbildung auf der anderen Seite. Der vorliegende Beitrag möchte am Beispiel der Ausbildung von Lehrenden in der Beruflichen Fachrichtung Sozialpädagogik aufzeigen, dass eine didaktische und methodische Orientierung der Lehrerinnen- und Lehrerbildung an Konzepten der Ausbildung anderer pädagogischer Berufe, wie der Ausbildung von Erzieherinnen und Erziehern sinnvoll sein kann. Dabei spielt der Aspekt der Persönlichkeitsbildung als strukturierendes Konzept der Ausbildung eine zentrale Rolle." Among others these goals are included in the standards for teacher training of the 'KMK'. Nevertheless, the academic education of teachers has always been in the field of tension between professional qualifications on the one hand and a more scientific orientated education on the other. Using the example of teacher training in the occupational subject of social pedagogy, this article aims to show that a didactical and methodological orientation of teacher training to educational concepts of other pedagogical professions, such as the training of educators, can be useful.
