dc.description.abstractKompetenzentwicklung ist für die Innovationsfähigkeit von Unternehmen grundlegend und erhält einen hohen Stellenwert angesichts schneller technologischer Entwicklungen und des globalen Wettbewerbs. Erfolgreiche Unternehmen richten ihre Investitionen in Kompetenzentwicklung nicht nur auf wenige Fach- und Führungskräfte aus, sondern beziehen möglichst viele Mitarbeitergruppen ein. Unternehmen müssen wissen, mit welchen Methoden sie die Kompetenzentwicklung ihrer Mitarbeiter in der Praxis unterstützen können. Im Rahmen des Projekts "Kompetenzentwicklung durch Lernen im Prozess der Arbeit" wurden gemeinsam mit Unternehmen transferierbare Beispiele für Praxislösungen geschaffen, die in dem Sammelband dokumentiert sind.
