Abstract
(Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)
"Digitalization and inclusion have been two buzzwords in media and science for many years. Each of them has great potential for discussion. Especially for trainees and employees with learning difficulties, digital working environments can both: increase the risk of systematic exclusion and be a significant opportunity for participation in working life. Whether digital work environments are more opportunity or risk for people with learning difficulties depends on the way companies implement the possibilities of digitally supported formats and how they use them. The following article pursues the question how digitalization can be an e-motor for occupational inclusion. " (authors' abstract; BIBB-Doku)
