Berufsausbildungen für Jugendliche mit Lernbeeinträchtigungen nach § 66 BBiG/§ 42r HwO – Status quo und Entwicklungen

Abstract

„Im Beitrag wird sich eingehend mit den theoriegeminderten, behindertenspezifischen Berufsausbildungen nach § 66 BBiG/§ 42r HwO befasst. Nach einer Darstellung der besonderen Rechtslage rund um diese Ausbildungen wird der Frage nachgegangen, was zu dem deutlichen Rückgang der Zahlen bei den Ausbildungsvertragsneuabschlüsse geführt haben könnte und wie das auffällige Ost-West-Gefälle bei den Neuabschlüssen in den behindertenspezifischen Ausbildungsgängen nach § 66 BBiG/§ 42r HwO erklärt werden kann.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)“The article deals in detail with the theory-reduced, disabled-specific vocational training according to § 66 BBiG/§ 42r HwO.
