dc.description.abstractDie Veröffentlichung stellt neue Interpretationen in der europäischen Bildungsdebatte zum Thema Schlüsselqualifikationen und ihren Beitrag zum zukunftsorientierten Lernen in der beruflichen Bildung vor. Durch die Veränderung am Arbeitsmarkt und die Diskussion über Fachkräftemangel und Qualifikationslücken im Bereich der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie ist das Thema Schlüsselqualifikation wieder aktuell. Das Buch ist in fünf Kapitel gegliedert. Teil 1 liefert den konzeptionellen Hintergrund für die Diskussion und entwickelt einen neuen integrativen Rahmen für Schlüsselqualifikationen. Die Diskussion bezieht sich auf die kulturellen Veränderungen im Bereich der allgemeinen und beruflichen Bildung in Europa und auf ein konzeptionelles Umdenken in der Curriculumentwicklung. Teil 2 und 3 behandeln die Entwicklung der beruflichen Bildungssysteme, den kulturübergreifenden Wissenstransfer und die Modernisierung der allgemeinen und beruflichen Bildungssysteme. Im vierten und fünften Teil werden neue Entwicklungen im Bereich arbeitsplatzbezogenen Lernens und die sich verändernden Möglichkeiten des Lernens in und für Organisationskontexte erörtert. (BIBB2)
