Modellierung der Angebotsprojektion nach Qualifikationsstufen und Berufen

Abstract

„In dem Beitrag werden die Modellierungsschritte dargelegt, die nötig sind, um die zukünftige Zusammensetzung der Bevölkerung nach Qualifikationsstufen und Berufen abzubilden. Die fortgeschriebene Bevölkerung bildet die Grundlage für die Berechnung des zukünftigen Erwerbspersonenbestands. Ausgehend von einem Anfangsbestand müssen hierzu insbesondere das Neuangebot aus Wanderungen und dem Bildungssystem nach Qualifikationsstufen und Berufen ermittelt werden. Das Neuangebot aus dem Bildungssystem ist die quantitativ wichtigste Determinante der zukünftigen Zusammensetzung der Bevölkerung nach Qualifikationsstufen und Berufen und wird auf Basis des BIBB-Übergangsmodells des beruflichen Bildungswesens und der Hochschulen bestimmt. Ausgehend von der Berechnung auf Bundesebene wird die zukünftige Zusammensetzung der Bevölkerung nach Qualifikationsstufen und Berufen auch auf regionaler Ebene bestimmt.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)

“This paper presents the modelling steps necessary to map the future composition of the population by skill levels and occupations. The updated population forms the basis for the calculation of the future labour force. Starting from an initial stock, the new supply from migration and the education system in particular must be determined according to qualification levels and occupations. The new supply from the education system is quantitatively the most important determinant of the future composition of the population by qualification levels and occupations and is determined on the basis of the BIBB transition model of the vocational education system and universities. Based on the calculation at the federal level, the future composition of the population by qualification levels and occupations is also determined at the regional level.” (author’s abstract; BIBB-Doku)
