Bildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung in der Professionalisierung von Lehrkräften durch Social Entrepreneurship Education

Abstract

„Angesichts gesellschaftlich-ökologischer Herausforderungen und den damit zusammenhängenden Forderungen nach nachhaltigem Handeln sowie den veränderten Anforderungen in der Arbeitswelt wird die Umstellung auf nachhaltige Produktions- und Konsumpraktiken immer wichtiger. Aus Bildungsperspektive werden dabei Bildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung (BNE) und Social Entrepreneurship Education als Schlüsselkonzepte betrachtet. Obwohl die Bedeutung von Social Entrepreneurship Education für die Lehrkräftebildung anerkannt wird, zeigt sich eine geringe Integration in deutschen Hochschulen. Die Ausbildung angehender Lehrkräfte in Social Entrepreneurship Education ist entscheidend, um nachhaltiges Handeln bei Schülerinnen und Schülern zu fördern. Der Beitrag zeigt die Verbindung zwischen beruflicher Bildung und Social Entrepreneurship Education auf und präsentiert anhand von Fallstudien (Changemaker Programm und Teachers as Changemakers) an den Universitäten Graz und Bamberg Konzepte zur Professionalisierung angehender Lehrkräfte. Die didaktische Umsetzung von Social Entrepreneurship Education wird skizziert und basierend auf formativen Evaluationsresultaten und Erfahrungen in den Modulen diskutiert. Der Vergleich der Fallstudien reflektiert die Potentiale und Herausforderungen von Social Entrepreneurship Education in der beruflichen Lehrkräftebildung.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)

„The switch to sustainable production and consumption becomes crucial, when ongoing societal challenges that instigate expectations to act sustainably and changes in work-related demands are being considered. Education for Sustainable Development and Social Entrepreneurship Education are considered to be key concepts to foster sustainable action. This paper describes the connection between vocational education and Social Entrepreneurship education. Based on this, it presents concepts for the professional development of vocational teachers regarding Social Entrepreneurship Education, which have been realized at the universities of Graz and Bamberg. Although the importance of Social Entrepreneurship Education for (vocational) teacher training has been recognized, there still is a lack of learning environments in higher education especially in Germany. Therefore, the good-practices presented illustrate potentials and challenges of Social Entrepreneurship Education in vocational teacher training.“ (authors’ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
